THE EFFECTV CLIENT WELCOME SITE
The Effectv Client Welcome Site was developed as an interactive PDF designed to give new clients a centralized, accessible resource throughout the onboarding process. Built to work seamlessly as a desktop application, email attachment, online document, or printed guide, the experience needed to be flexible enough to meet clients wherever they preferred to engage.
The challenge was organizing a large amount of essential information into a format that felt approachable rather than overwhelming. Through thoughtful information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and a clean visual design, the welcome site transformed complex onboarding materials into an engaging, easy-to-use experience that helped clients quickly find answers, understand available resources, and build confidence from day one.
